Annotations on Neill Graham thesis, "The Everett Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics"
Description: Neill Graham was a student of DeWitt's an UNC Chapel Hill who wrote his dissertation on the Everett interpretation in 1970. Graham went on to co-edit the anthology "The Many-Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics" (1973) with DeWitt. Everett read Graham's thesis and made some notes on the pages. This document is a scan of the pages on which Everett wrote.
