Description
Scope/Content: In 1977, a few years after the publication of the DeWitt-Graham anthology, Bryce DeWitt and John Wheeler hosted a small conference on Hugh Everett's work at the University of Texas, Austin. After that, Everett and Wheeler were in periodic contact. This letter, prompted by seeing Wheeler in a television program about Einstein, fills Wheeler in on the Everett's activities in the year since they last saw him. The Everetts also apologize for Hugh's apparent inability to maintain regular correspondences. The reference to the book on Human Values concerns the Lawrence Berley letter Everett received. Correspondence between Wheeler and Benioff is also included in this archive.
Scope/Content: This document is a reproduction of a document found in the John A. Wheeler papers at the American Philosophical Society.
