Description: Scope/Content: From "Beach Rat Pix", p. 165. The Rendezvous Ballroom, built in 1928, is the building facing the parking lot. It was rebuilt after a fire in 1935, then destroyed again by a fire in 1966. This photo was taken during a blimp flight.
