Description
Scope/Content: An oral history with Mr. Bruce Lam, born in 1947 in Saigon, Vietnam. He was an officer in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN). He migrated to the United States in 1975 and was able to sponsor members of his family to join him a few years later. During the interview, he discussed his life in Vietnam and his family’s service in the South Vietnam military. He also shared his thoughts and experiences with acculturation, religion, language, and education in the United States.
